The head of Germany’s Paralympic Committee (DBS) wants Russia banned from the Beijing Paralympics which open on Friday. DBS president Friedhelm Julius Beucher told Monday’s edition of the Welt paper to propose such a move to International Paralympic Committee (IPC) boss Andrew Parsons after Russia’s military invasion in Ukraine.
