Justice Hakeem Oshodi of the Lagos High Court in Ikeja today February 25, convicted kidnap kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike popularly known as Evans on a two-count of conspiracy and kidnapping of a businessman, Donatus Duru. Justice Oshodi convicted Evans alongside two of his co-defendants, Uchenna Amadi and Okuchuwkwu Nwachukwu. The judge, however, discharged and acquitted the other co-defendants, Ogechi Uchechukwu, Chilaka Ifeanyi, an ex-soldier; and Victor Aduba, also an ex-soldier.
