Regarding the recent article by Susan Livio about $40 million in pandemic aid for “Excluded New Jerseyans” — presumably undocumented immigrants — running out: In the light of the complaints by ACLU-NJ Policy Director Sarah Fajardo and the Latino Action Network that this $40 million in federal funds for those excluded from other COVID-19 aid programs is “not enough,” some things need to be understood.
