A Bayonne man has been charged with providing two teen girls alcohol and then molesting one of them in front of the other, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said Tuesday. Michael Serrano, 29, was arrested Monday and charged with third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact, two counts of third-degree endangering a child related to the alleged sex offense and two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child related to neglect, stemming from an incident last July.
