A Jersey City man was charged with sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl inside a Jersey City home Sunday, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Anthony Clinton, 28, was arrested with incident Thursday and he was charged with second-degree sexual assault by contact and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, Suarez said. Clinton was remanded to the Hudson County jail in Kearny and is awaiting a detention hearing to see if he will be held at the jail through the prosecution of the case.
