A 75-year-old gospel singer from Essex County was charged with criminal sexual contact, unlicensed practice of medicine and luring of an adult, authorities said Thursday. Albert J. Lewis, Jr. was arrested Tuesday at his Newark home, according to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens II.
