The Pope could possibly visit Lebanon this year if conditions are right for such a trip, a Vatican official is reported to have said Thursday. “The possibility of a visit is under study, and it will take place as soon as conditions are right, perhaps during the year,” Archbishop Paul Gallagher said, according to Vatican News.
