A New Jersey man who followed a woman home last year and slashed her in the face following a road-rage incident in Jackson and then lead police on a pursuit has been sentenced to five years in state prison. Michael Mahan, 38, of Ewing received a five year concurrent sentence for two offenses to which he previously pleaded guilty — aggravated assault and eluding — the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office said Saturday. Police got a description of Mahan’s vehicle and pulled him over on Old Toms River Road after he followed the woman to her Maria Street home and stabbed her on May 8, officials said. …
