A police sergeant who worked his way up from a dispatcher in a Passaic County city was remembered over the weekend for his unique sense of humor and his respect for others. Clifton police Sgt. Robert Miller, known as “Bobby” and “Miller Bob,” died suddenly on Saturday at age 50, city officials said.
