The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined a company for allowing workers to be overexposed to a hazardous chemical and failing to provide personal protective equipment at its Bergen County facility, officials said Wednesday. Sinclair & Rush Inc. was issued 10 serious and one “other-than-serious” safety and health citations with $127,539 in proposed penalties, according to OSHA.
