In anticipation of the winter storm that could dump as much as 8 inches of snow on the city, Bayonne Mayor Jimmy Davis has declared a state of emergency as of 8 p.m. Friday. The storm is expected to bring high winds, as well as the snow that is expected to last into Saturday afternoon.
